How to return an item

1. Email us at hi@gratiasale.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
2. Include your order number and the reason for the return.
3. We will send you return instructions within 24 hours.
4. Once we receive the item in its original condition, we will process your refund within 3–5 business days.

Conditions for returns

• Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be in original condition and packaging.
• Personalized or heavily used items may not be eligible for return.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after we process it.

Damaged or defective items

If your item arrived damaged or defective, please email us at hi@gratiasale.com with a photo of the damage within 7 days of delivery. We will send a replacement at no charge.
