Where do we ship?

We currently ship to all 50 US states. All orders are fulfilled via our US-based and international warehouse partners.

How long does shipping take?

• Eye Massager (main product): 7–12 business days
• Neck & Shoulder Massager: 1–3 business days
• Back Massager: 1–3 business days

Is shipping free?

Yes — we offer free standard shipping on all orders to the United States. No minimum required.

Will I get a tracking number?

Yes. You will receive an email with your tracking number within 2–3 business days after your order is placed. You can track your package directly from that email.

What if my package is delayed?

Shipping times are estimates. Occasional delays may occur due to carrier volume or customs. If your order has not arrived within 15 business days, please contact us at gratiasale@gmail.com and we will resolve it.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

Please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order at gratiasale@gmail.com. After that, the order may already be processed and we may not be able to make changes.
